1. Website Information and Appointment Availability
The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes. Appointment times, technician availability, service availability, and scheduling options may change at any time.
Displaying an appointment time on the website or through a third-party booking platform does not guarantee that the appointment has been reserved. An appointment is considered confirmed only after the booking process has been completed and the client has received a confirmation.
RU Nails does not guarantee the availability of any specific date, time, technician, service, or simultaneous manicure and pedicure appointment.
2. Services, Prices, and Appointment Duration
Service descriptions, prices, promotions, and estimated appointment durations are subject to change without notice.
The final service price may depend on factors including:
nail length;
existing product removal;
nail condition;
repairs;
extensions;
French tips;
nail art or custom designs;
additional services or add-ons selected during the appointment.
Appointment durations shown on the website are estimates only. Actual service time may vary depending on the selected service, nail condition, length, removal requirements, design complexity, and other individual circumstances.
Clients are encouraged to confirm the service, price, and estimated duration before the service begins.
3. Appointments, Cancellations, Late Arrivals, and No-Shows
Appointments made through this website or a third-party booking platform are subject to RU Nails’ appointment and cancellation policies.
Appointments canceled less than four hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.
Clients who do not arrive for an appointment and do not provide notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
A client who is more than 15 minutes late without contacting the salon may be considered a no-show. Late arrival may also result in a shortened service, modification of the scheduled service, or cancellation when there is not enough time to complete the appointment safely and without delaying other clients.
Outstanding cancellation or no-show fees may need to be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.
RU Nails may reschedule or cancel an appointment when necessary due to technician illness, emergencies, equipment issues, building conditions, power outages, safety concerns, or other circumstances outside the salon’s reasonable control.
4. Third-Party Services and Links
This website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including appointment-booking platforms, payment processors, gift-card providers, social media platforms, maps, analytics providers, and other external websites.
These third-party services operate independently from RU Nails and may have their own terms of service, privacy policies, cancellation policies, security practices, and technical requirements.
