Cancellation / No-Show Policy

Agreement:
Dear Clients, We understand that unexpected situations may happen, and we always aim to support you. If anything changes, please text or call us only at +1 (213) 641-5852 as soon as possible, so we can adjust the schedule and minimize the impact on our technicians.

 

Late Cancellation:

Canceling less than 4 hours before the appointment, or arriving more than 15 minutes late after notifying us at the phone number above, results in a 50% fee.

 

No-Show:

A 100% fee applies if the client does not arrive and does not notify us before the appointment time, or arrives more than 15 minutes late without notifying us at the phone number above.

Payment Obligation:

By booking an appointment, the client agrees to accept and pay the Square invoice sent to the phone number and/or email provided within 5 calendar days. If unpaid, fees related to collecting the balance may be added, and future bookings will be blocked until the balance is paid.
